JOB DESCRIPTION:
MOLLY MAID of East Phoenix is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented individual to assist the Operations Manager in performing various customer service, sales and office administrative responsibilities. This position requires someone with excellent communication and organizational skills to assist in managing the daily operations of the business, interact with existing customers and employees, as well as identify potential customer's needs and offer relevant services.

MOLLY MAID OFFERS:
- Starting pay is $31,200 or higher depending upon qualifications & experience of candidate, plus quarterly and annual incentive plans

SOME OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
Customer Service including, but not limited to;

- Answer incoming calls and online inquiries regarding our service
- Listen to and assess the needs of the caller and articulate appropriate Molly Maid services
- Respond, resolve, and follow-up with customer complaints and concerns
- Track, document and communicate all incidents with management
Assist management with maintaining daily administration of franchised residential cleaning business operations including, but not limited to;
- Open the office and dispatch teams
- Setting cleaning team's daily routes schedules
- Process customer payments/invoicing
- Communicate employee disciplinary issues with management and fully document
- File, document and follow up on customer and employee communication and interaction
- Track office and cleaning supply inventory and purchase as needed
- Assist with supporting house cleaning teams out in the field
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass a full background check
- Proven organizational, communication and problem solving skills
- Computer literacy and excellent typing skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly desired but not required
- Valid AZ Driver license with a good driving record
- Previous experience in residential cleaning management is desirable
