Customer Service Representative

Exciting Opportunity for a Hands-on Bi-lingual Customer Service representative that wants to make a difference!

What You Will Do:

Our ideal candidate will be someone who has spent time in roles such as small business customer sales and support, or retail management. It is very important that this individual can engage and work well across all functional areas of business and is an exceptional leader!

Qualification and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a customer service and sales representative in one of the following areas: a small business, retail store, restaurant, or call center
  • BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS A MUST(Candidates will not be considered if they are not bilingual)
  • Strong track record building solid relationships with clients and team members
  • Leads by example, creating a sense of energy, ownership, and personal commitment to the work
  • Effective communication and organization skills
  • Experience using Word, Excel, Outlook, using a web browser and learning customized software
  • Ability to balance a variety of tasks, lead and direct the work of others
  • Possesses deep analytical skills and can process information quickly and make decisions in a timely manner
  • Strong sense of self and can relate well to challenging personalities; learns quickly and can adapt to changes in time frames, people and situations with ease; remains calm under pressure ​​

Compensation: Between $27,000 and $30,000, plus incentive plan
